Our Serving S.P.R.O.U.T.S kids program encourages kids of all ages to get out into the community to earn $28.00 dollars a month to feed and clothe other kids. One new SPROUT family took our program and put his own little twist on how he and his dad would provide clothing for others in need.
Just a few days ago, a friend donated a pair of Vlade Divac autographed shoes, Divac played center for the NBA in the 1990’s. Standing at 7’1 tall, Divac was drafted by the L.A. Lakers in 1989 in the first round, later ending his career as a Sacramento King in 2005.
Christian recently joined our Serving S.P.R.O.U.T.S. Program, which stands for Small People Reaching Out Unselfishly To Serve. As a SPROUT each kid’s goal is to earn $28.00 dollars a month which will FEED 1 family through the Harvest Compassion Center.
Twin brothers just celebrated their 11th birthday decided to donate their birthday to the HCC and their community, by asking family and friends to donate grocery, hygiene and baby items to the HCC instead of the usual ‘tween’ birthday gift.
