The HCC lobby is always crowded with guests seeking assistance, physical items and/or just a friend who will listen to their needs. Just last week volunteers at HCC Phoenix met Bridgette. Bridgette asked for prayer for a new apartment as she was currently living in a shelter. She visited us a couple months later with outstanding news, she was able to save a few hundred dollars for a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. Receiving free groceries and hygiene items each month allowed Bridgette to put her entire paycheck towards her new housing. Bridgette expressed her sincere thankfulness to the HCC for helping her secure a home! Who will the HCC be able to serve next?
