Meet Willie, who has been visiting HCC for over ten years! Willie’s been a client, a volunteer and, of course, our friend! A few months ago he was in a car accident. Fortunately, no one was injured, but his car was undriveable. Willie visits HCC and often picks up our leftover bread to share with his senior neighbors who aren’t well enough to visit HCC in person. Last week we all smiled when saw Willie walk into HCC! He was able to get a new car and, once again, pick up additional food to share with his neighbors. The best part of Willie’s visit? Giving our friend a big hug and seeing he was all right!
