Volunteer Appreciation Month at HCC!
Last month, all of us at HCC were thrilled to celebrate our faithful, dedicated, and amazing volunteers during National Volunteer Appreciation Month! We hosted three appreciation lunches, where volunteers who have served over 10 years were honored with the HCC Legacy Award. Our Sloppy Joe lunch was a hit, we received so many requests for the recipe that we’re sharing it below for all to enjoy!
From fun guessing games and HCC trivia to sweet treats and coffee travel mugs after shifts, we found many ways to celebrate our incredible teams.
A heartfelt thank you to the more than 2,000 volunteers who give their time Monday through Saturday to run our shifts and love our neighbors. Today, we celebrate YOU!
