We love when HCC comes up in conversations around the Valley. Last month a volunteer sent in a cute photo of her son playing at home. When our volunteer asked her son “What are you playing?” the boy replied, “I’m playing HCC! I’m donating! I’m cooking stuff for people who don’t have anything!” How spot-on is this young boy, already practicing love and sacrificing for others!
Remember, HCC loves to plant seeds of service in the hearts of younger generations. Kids ages 5 to 12 are welcome to volunteer with a parent/guardian and teenagers ages 13 and up are welcome to volunteer solo. There are many volunteer spots still open for summer! Hurry and sign up today!
