Last month one of our favorite families came in to shop. Their 4-year-old boy stormed through our front door, yelling with excitement, “We’re here, we’re here!” Our front desk volunteer greeted him by saying, “Yes, are you!” He replied, “I love the Little Shop!” As our volunteer smiled, mom came in behind him explaining that all five of her kids call HCC the ‘Little Shop’ and that she only tells her kids where they are going when they are minutes away. If she tells them the day before, they just get too excited! HCC has been called many things over the past 13 years, but we think we like this nickname the best!
