Monthly Motivation: Fun Friday’s are the BEST!

Every Friday at our Maryvale location, the team has unofficially dubbed it ‘Fun Friday!’ When one of our regular HCC volunteer families walked into HCC last month on a Friday, they had no idea what was in store. At the start of each day, staff and volunteers gather in a circle to review announcements and pray for the day. On this particular morning, they had a special announcement and surprise in store: one very special, young volunteer was celebrating her big day! In a flash, the circle burst into song, serenading her with “Happy Birthday” and showering her with special treats. The grin on her face said it all: it truly was a Friday to remember!
