Life With COVID-19!

Harvest Compassion Centers are feeding and serving families stronger than ever amidst the COVID-19 pandemic! We count it a privilege to serve families hit hardest by the Coronavirus and its economic fallout by providing free food, hygiene and baby items. Currently we find that about half of our clients are brand new, visiting HCC for the first time due to a recent job loss, furlough and/or hours being dramatically cut. However, COVID cannot stop COMPASSION!

This past month HCCs have been flooded with new donors, partnerships and volunteer applications all seeking to do their part to serve! Today as a community we are thrilled to celebrate our commitment to feed and clothe those in need.

Thank you to the volunteers who have sacrificed their time to be on the frontlines running our shifts! Thank you to the local restaurants who have donated fresh meals for our clients and served lunch to our staff and volunteers! Thank you to local magazines, news stations and online platforms who have helped us spread the word that HCCs are open and here to help! Thank you for those who have donated monetary gifts small and large to help us keep up with the food demand! Thank you to our friends around the country who can’t leave their homes but decided to order and send much needed baby product through our Amazon Wish-List! Thank you to the many who have sewn safety masks for our staff and volunteers!

These are just a few of the many organizations that we’d like to take a moment to thank for their COVID-19 partnerships: Arizona Coyotes and Arizona Coyotes Foundation, Cardinals Charities, Islands Restaurants, The Grand Season Magazine, MOD Pizza, Arizona Community Foundation, AZTV, Artie’s Ace Hardware, Harvest Bible Church, Simms Business Systems Podcast, Fogo de Chao, One AZ Credit Union, Candale Property Investments, CCV Verrado Campus, Einstein Bagels, Mom’s Pantry, Arizona Helping Hands, Thrive Arizona, Homes For Good, and Innate Healthcare.
