Impact Story: Grandchild on the Way & a Gift Just in Time!

Last month, we met a sweet client, Dolores. As our staff was getting to know her during the check-in process, we found out that she was going to be a first-time grandmother! Dolores said she was thrilled and had been looking forward to becoming a grandma for years.

After we congratulated her, and while she was shopping for food and hygiene items with a volunteer, our staff came across a brand-new baby play set in the donation room that had been donated just that morning! Dolores was so grateful and expressed how thankful she was to have something special for her new grandchild.
