Impact Story: A Welcome Visit from Maria!
Last month, we welcomed a familiar face to HCC North Phoenix—Maria, a former client who hadn’t visited since 2013! Back then, HCC operated from a modest 500-square-foot space with just two chairs in the waiting area, a single aisle of food and hygiene products, one wall of clothing, and no restroom.

Maria was amazed by how much HCC has grown! We’re grateful that, even after a decade, she could return and feel the same warmth, security, and support while shopping for groceries. This is the heart of HCC—helping families, then and now!
