As word got out that HCCs needed various staple food items to continue feeding families during the COVID-19 pandemic, SBC jumped at the chance to host a collection.
This month our Serving SPROUTS kids-feeding-kids program kicks off a month-long HCC Clothing Drive!
HCCs are thrilled to announce that the re-opening of HCC lobbies, kids’ play corners, regular food shopping and clothing boutiques has gone smoothly!
While at check-in Gloria shared with our volunteer that seven months ago she had visited HCC for the first time and asked for prayer for her husband.
We’d like to share a quick update on our newest HCC expansion center, HCC West Phoenix. We are starting to move in!
Last month HCC Maryvale and North Phoenix were thrilled to partner with The American Legion District 11 and District 12 in hosting four days of feeding and serving local veterans in the Valley.
Today we want to celebrate the many who have sacrificially given their time to mask and glove up to make sure HCCs remained open even, during a pandemic! To you, we send our sincere gratitude!
Even though we made these lifelong friends stand six feet apart when they recently visited HCC, their motivation to persevere could be felt instantly!
