This year Harvest Compassion Centers again participated in Arizona Gives Day, an event held virtually every April. Every dollar raised goes directly to our food budget to feed families through the spring and summer months. The totals are in: because of your generosity we met our goal and received donations of over $115,000 in 24 hours!
We want to send out a huge thank you to our Matching Gift Sponsors who ensured that every dollar donated was DOUBLED! Thank you to Lifted Trucks, Arizona Verde Fire Protection, Hear Me Roar Foundation and Stand By You Foundation, as well as other anonymous sponsors who truly made AZ Gives Day our biggest one day event to date!
This year a total of 27,000 donations came in on Arizona Gives Day. These donations supported 915 local Arizona organizations and totaled over a 4.2 million dollars!
Thank you again for participating in our Power Hour of giving, for watching our video reminders and of course, thanks to HCC team member Paul for eating that tuna- banana-hot sauce sandwich, a promise he made if we hit our goal!
